DimensionQuest has been around since the mid-late '90s. Over the years, the site has been pretty much unorganized and used as needed by me .  A couple years ago, the site became quite popular as I released a Free HelpDesk module for Postnuke, Envolution, and MDPro. The free module was quite a success and was translated into a variety of non-English languages and used on hundreds of websites and intranets around the world.
